Welcome to the ancient healing therapy known as Reflexology! Reflexology is a type of massage that works with subtle energy flows in which varying amounts of pressure are applied to the feet, hands and ears to promote healing. In this course, the student will be educated on how reflexology can reduce pain, improve circulation, provide a sense of balance and relaxation through specific points mapped out on the feet and hands. The underlying theory is that different organs are connected to these body parts and certain points corresponding to them can improve an individual’s health significantly helping to promote well-being. This course is aimed at anyone who wishes to gain a deep understanding of Reflexology and how to use it to ease pain and imbalances throughout the body.
