The following guidelines are designed to assist both first-time and returning clients of Red Rock Healing Center LLC. Familiarizing yourself with these policies will help ensure that each visit is smooth and therapeutic, fostering an environment of trust and comfort. In our commitment to providing a relaxing and exceptional experience for all clients, and out of respect for our therapists, we have adopted the following policies. Thank you for your understanding.
Non-Sexual Conduct Policy
- Zero Tolerance: There is strictly no sexual interaction, innuendo, or discussion permitted between clients and therapists. Inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate session termination, and clients may be asked to leave and not return.
- Respect is Key: Clients are expected to maintain a respectful demeanor. Any form of verbal harassment or actions that infringe upon the therapist’s professional boundaries or safety will not be tolerated.
Cancellation Policy
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a full charge for all booked services. No shows and appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will also be charged in full.
- Responsibility: Clients are responsible for adhering to their appointment times, as reminders cannot be guaranteed.
- Penalty-Free Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling made outside of the 24-hour window can be done without penalty and are eligible for a refund, minus the $50 deposit for booking.
Late Arrival Policy
- Notification: Please call us if you anticipate being late. To maintain schedule integrity for all clients, your therapy session will be shortened if you arrive late. The regular service price will still apply.
- Cancellation for Excessive Delay: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, your appointment will be canceled, and the full service price will still apply. A phone call informing us of your delay is greatly appreciated.
Medical Conditions
- Awareness Required: The following conditions do not automatically disqualify you from receiving services, but we need to be informed:
- Pacemakers
- Epilepsy
- Pregnancy in the first trimester or any complications
- Broken bones (within the first six weeks of injury)
- Concussions or head injuries (within the first six weeks of injury)
- Any metal implants in the body
Scope of Practice
Our therapists do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, or perform medical treatments. Instead, our aim is to positively influence your health and well-being through Sound and Vibration therapy using Himalayan Singing Bowls.
Respect for Client Needs and Boundaries
- Confidentiality: All personal health information and session details will remain confidential.
- Client Comfort: Clients may choose to keep on as much clothing as necessary for comfort and can discontinue service at any time.
- Draping: Clients will always be modestly draped and covered during sessions.
Expectation of Services
- Clothing: You may remain fully clothed, but we recommend wearing comfortable attire.
- Draping: You will be draped with a sheet while on the massage table.
- Singing Bowls: Singing bowls will be placed on areas of your body, such as the head, solar plexus, sacrum, pelvis, and feet.
- Sensory Experience: You will experience sounds and vibrations from the Himalayan Singing Bowls, tingsha chimes, ocean drums, and koshi wind chimes.
Insurance Billing
Please note that Red Rock Healing Center LLC does not offer billing to insurance companies currently. Clients are responsible for full payment at the time of service.
