We ask that you please review and familiarize yourself with our course policies before registering for one of our CEU courses.
Cancellations & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. We will do our best to transfer your balance to an alternate scheduled date for your selected course if there are still spots remaining.
- A $50 fee applies in the event of a cancellation where a refund is required, and you are not within 72 hours of your course start date. We will refund the remaining balance to your original payment method.
- If you need to change your course registration for an alternate date, you may do so with no fees as long as there are still spots remaining for your alternate date selection.
- Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice - or leaving before class concludes - is consider class abandonment and will not be eligible for a refund or class transfer.
- If a scheduled course is cancelled by us for any reason, the entire course fee is refundable. In this scenario, students also have the option to transfer their balance to another scheduled course date.
Etiquette and Behavior Expectations:
- Create a positive and respectful learning environment by treating others with dignity and respect. This is demonstrated by using kind language and refraining from talking or interrupting when others are speaking.
- Actively listen and acknowledge other’s perspectives and opinions even if you disagree.
- We have a ZERO tolerance policy for hateful, abusive, or threatening language and actions. This includes verbal and/or physical abuse, threats, harassment and bullying towards the instructors or course participants. Violation of this policy will result in your immediate removal from class, and you will forfeit any money paid and will not be eligible for class transfers or future enrollments.
- We take great pride in fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can freely express their opinions, share their experiences, and communicate their emotions in a welcoming, safe and healing space.
Red Rock Healing Center LLC reserves the right to modify these policies at any time, at its sole discretion.
